I offer individual psychotherapy for individuals 16 years of age and older, for a broad range of concerns, including but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, struggles related to Self-Esteem, Family of Origin Concerns, Trauma, Relationship Issues, Grief and Loss, Sexual Assault, Identity Formation and Life Transitions.

I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) through the EMDR institute.

While I am local to Chester County Pennsylvania, my practice is Exclusively Telehealth. I utilize a HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing platform so treatment is convenient and reliable. I’m licensed in Pennsylvania, and through PSYPACT legislation, I am able to offer online therapy in PSYPACT participating states.
